reduce file size of screenshot on iphone

The size of screenshots taken on an iphone can be insane. My way to reduce them is to upload them to a ‘shared album’ on icloud, then save them from there back on my phone (-> reduced file size by approx. 10x, no reduction of resolution). Is there a way to create a shortcut for this to make this a one click exercise?
