how do i permanently delete all deleted texts, photos and deleted fb messages from fb messenger

I would like to make sure that all of my deleted texts and deleted photos along with my deleted Facebook messenger messages are permanently deleted. How do I do that?

Delete a message or conversation

When you delete a message or conversation, you can't get it back. So make sure that you save important information from your messages.
