Order not placed. But money deducted I tried to buy a macbook pro in apple.us using two debit cards. One card payment declined but the other one was approved. The amount of $1900 was deducted from the approved debit card. But the order wasn't placed. I didn't get any email from apple about order confirmation. What should I do ?
