I tried to buy a macbook pro in apple.us using two debit cards. One card payment declined but the other one was approved. The amount of $1900 was deducted from the approved debit card. But the order wasn't placed. I didn't get any email from apple about order confirmation. What should I do ?
check carefully the account form which you said money was 'deducted' .
if it is actually a 'Temporary authorization', that hold will expire is a few days if not finished processing, and NOTHING will be removed from your account.

Pending transaction puts a hold on the money, but does not actually take it. That will stay pending for a brief period, up to a few days, then disappear.
Pending transactions are placed by Merchants to be sure you the have money to complete the transaction later.
Buying things from Apple, the transaction does not go through and actually take your money until the product ships.
Even though I didn't place the order, a pending transaction was done by debit card.
