The Face ID on my iPhone 12 Pro has stopped working after a back glass replacement. It was working fine before the repair.
I get this error message:
"A problem was detected with the TrueDepth Camera. Face ID has been disabled."
I’ve done a software update and a force restart but neither worked. It won’t allow me to reset Face ID either. Is there anything else I can do?

Did you have Apple or an actual Apple Authorized Service Provider repair the back glass on your iPhone? If you did, take it back to them. But if you didn't, you don't have authentic parts on your iPhone and Apple won't touch an iPhone which has been tampered with by anyone other than Apple or actual AASP.
Did you ensure that the TrueDepth module was still operational after damaging the back glass?
If yes, I would go back to the repair shop and explain your conundrum, see if they want to take responsibility or have an explanation.
