After the ios 17.3.1 my iphone 12 face id is disabled and it shows the camera truedept is having a problem. Can you please look into the bug.
I tried to remove the face id and add again it is disabled.

I tried every possible way to make the face id work but the issue is still occurring.
only way is the service center but not sure how much its gonna cost
Phone updates this morning 17.3.1. Since then Face ID will not work. Tried going into settings to reset Face ID but it keeps telling me to move my phone lower. It will not capture new Face ID. How do I fix this?
I am having the same issue today. My Face ID is not working, and it won’t allow me to add it. Never had this issue until the update. Another random thing, I updated my phone this morning and my credit card was hacked buying Apple products and email is completely spammed. Not sure if it is a coincidence, but never had either issue until after this recent update which I did this morning.
