how to print or forward an entire email string

I want to print or forward an entire email string,

An email string is a series of emails with the same subject heading with responses.

When I open the message, or click in the list of email message in Apple Mail viewer, all I get is one message.

My work around is to copy each message with a series of screen shots (command+shift+4).

The resulting screen shots are pasted into a pages or word, and then printed to a pdf. Sometimes, I use an existing pdf to paste the screenshots.

I then attach the resulting pdf into an existing email and then send to one or all of the recipients.

So ... please let me know.

Thanks

If you use the Column view this may not work for you but without the Column view it works nicely:

1 - do a search for a title that ties all of the emails together.

2 - in the search results area do a ⌘+A (Select All).

3 - start a print jobe. I usually do a Print to PDF first to check that I get what I wanted and then print from the PDF.

Again, I do not use the column view. But it should work the same.
