Email to PDF
I need to save an email receipt as a psf beciase it is too long to screen shot. I followed direction to “reply” then hold down print but I do not get a print icon at all. Any other suggestions ? Thanks

I assume this is on an iPhone, not a Mac or PC.
- This is the "OLD" software forum. If you are using the regular Apple Mail app on your iPhone with iOS 17, it's hardly old.
- When you tap on the "reply" icon at the bottom of the email, you should get a menu. Scroll down, and one of the options should be the "Print" option.
- You can then tap on the share icon , and then on Save to Files to save it as a PDF.
If there is no menu (might be on iOS 18 only), and only produces a reply email, then there's no way to save an Email message as a PDF on that version.
