Email to PDF

I need to save an email receipt as a psf beciase it is too long to screen shot. I followed direction to “reply” then hold down print but I do not get a print icon at all. Any other suggestions ? Thanks

I assume this is on an iPhone, not a Mac or PC.


  1. This is the "OLD" software forum. If you are using the regular Apple Mail app on your iPhone with iOS 17, it's hardly old.
  2. When you tap on the "reply" icon at the bottom of the email, you should get a menu. Scroll down, and one of the options should be the "Print" option.
  3. You can then tap on the share icon , and then on Save to Files to save it as a PDF.


If there is no menu (might be on iOS 18 only), and only produces a reply email, then there's no way to save an Email message as a PDF on that version.
