Can you display real-time heart rate on iPhone?

Someone asked this a year ago, with a no in the reply. I found a workaround that let’s you display real time heart rate on the iPhone. On the apple watch go to Workout then go to Indoor cycle and start it. Then on the iPhone go to Acrivity, the app with the red, green and blue circles.. The iPhone will then display:

Real time heart rate has the heart next to it. You also have a timer at the bottom.
