Can't unlink Gcash/switch payment methods for app store?

Lately, each time I try to purchase something using Gcash on the app store, or it requires my app store account to be used, it doesn't link to my Gcash? For example, with iCloud+, it's supposed to charge my Gcash account monthly (automatically) and I make sure to have enough whenever it's time to be charged, however it never renewed because I needed to "update my payment methods". That has been the case for a month and it says payment failed if I try to use my Gcash again. Earlier I tried buying something from a game with my Gcash and it told me to check my Gcash balance (it has enough) and the payment process kept failing and telling me to link another payment method. After re-entering my Gcash it said I already linked it then failed payment again. I tried manually renewing my iCloud+ afterwards to see if it's just the game but my iCloud+ failed in payment as well. When I tried to unlink it, it said Unable to Remove (check photo). Not sure what they mean by active subscription since I'm not subscribed to anything and my iCloud+ hasn't been renewed in 2 months thanks to this issue.

I had an issue where Google charged me ₱159 for a subscription and I had Gcash unsubscribe me from it because I'm not sure where the cost came from (I don't buy monthly subscriptions) and it doesn't show up at all in my subscriptions list (last subscription was from early 2023). Maybe the Google cost was actually app store and it now blocks payment from my Gcash? Unlikely story though so I'm pleading for help here
