Watchband stuck
Can’t remove watchband. It appears to be stuck. Can the Apple Store fix that?
Don't force it. The Geniuses at the Apple Store should be able to help:

and if it did not work then your options are down to going to an apple store Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
or getting down with an angle grinder(which I would not recommend)
You're doing it the wrong way. There's a release band button.
