How to remove a stuck Apple Watch band?
i think my apple watch band is backwards and now it is stuck, how do i remove it?

The ONLY way to remove it is by pressing on the spring loaded lock tabs and sliding. There is no magic solution for a stuck band. If you happen to have some very light oil (like sewing machine oil) you might try dabbing a tiny, TINY dot on the slide. Using undo pressure will likely result in a broken band or watch.
