Regarding Apple Pay rejecting a government payment card

I have already spoken to Direct Express about this same issue before using it on another financial platform and they were very helpful checked all software and security protocols and determined that there appeared to be no obvious problems or restrictions holding back the end user (ME) when using their debit card as any other platform allowed in everyday normal debit transactions any other banking platform would allow. My problem with the other platform was easily resolved by linking the Comerica account number with my Direct Express same Account number and now that other platform has even updated it’s own turns out it was a dumb unnecessary security feature so that they corrected and now I don’t even have to link it to the Comerica bank anymore… it links both accounts on its own now with without any added security hassles or assistance required from this grateful entity end user and they sent me a thank you for helping all Comerica / Direct Express users be allowed better access! I Already Talked To DIRECT EXPRESS and COMERICA MONTHS AGO…They Are Not Blocking Access!
