How to Bluetooth Rexton Hearing Aids to MacBook Air w/ 12.6.7

Is it possible to Bluetooth my Costco Rexton Hearing Aids to my MacBook Air running Monterey 12.6.7? It does not show up when I try to find Bluetooth connections. Is there a work-around?
