Am no expert in this area, yet your request deserves some reply.

✽ Wondering if you have tried updating your MacOS to the newest version: What's new in the updates for macOS Sequoia - Apple Support says 15.3.1 (Please remember to Back-up Mac if updating)

or

✽ whether restarting your Mac may help re-establish the connection: (Apple menu > Restart ... wait ... log-in)

✽ Seems your "NHS Oticon Engage" hearing aids are not listed by Apple Support as being Mfi compatible.

Those listed below with an asterisk (* )beside are compatible with some Macs, including MacBook Air introduced in 2022 or later using macOS Sonoma 14 or later.

says ;

✽ Hearing-aid software may need to be updated to remain compatible with Apple's devices

As you have connected your hearing-aids previously using Bluetooth, you may want to try checking for a firmware, or an app, update from Oticon. You could look within the app if you use one, or check with your hearing-professional, consult a manual that came with the aids, or try contacting Oticon via their support website.: https://www.oticon.com/support

✽ You can also check how to: Connect a Bluetooth device with your Mac - Apple Support

and

✽ check your settings allow the connection: If your Mac asks you to allow an accessory to connect - Apple Support

Eg: says:

  1. Choose the Apple menu  > System Settings.
  2. Click Privacy & Security.
  3. Scroll down and click the pop-up menu next to "Allow accessories to connect," then choose which option you want. Learn more about the options.
