Connect Oticon Real 1 miniRite R Hearing Aids to MacBook Pro AOS 15.0

How can I connect Oticon Real 1 miniRite R Hearing Aids to MacBook Pro AOS 15.0? I've tried bluetooth but they do not show up in the device list.

See the following from Use hearing devices with your Mac - Apple Support

You can pair Made for iPhone (MFi) hearing aids or sound processors directly to your Mac to stream audio and adjust their settings.

Note: Made for iPhone hearing devices can be paired only with select Mac computers with the M1 chip and all Mac computers with the M2 chip or later. For a list of supported hearing devices and more information about Mac system requirements, see the Apple Support article List of Made for iPhone hearing devices.
