My iPhone 14 Pro Max, which is currently running on IOS 17.2.1 does not allow me to delete apps. I tried removing my restrictions on screen time and nothing happened. Any advice?

Double Check the Following settings again:
You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➔ Deleting Apps : Set this to ALLOW

It’s not resolved, I just said that I already changed my screen time settings and the issue still persists.
