Can’t Delete Apps
I’ve checked and there are no screen time restrictions set on my phone. I have the iPhone 15 Pro. I am not able to delete / remove any apps from the App Library.

Please check if there is a profile installed on your iPhone -- try Settings - General - VPN & Device Management. If there is a profile, then you need to contact whoever issued and installed it so you can delete apps.
