Logging my Apple ID into my App Store and I tunes store

Each time I try to log my Apple ID into my App Store or iTunes Store it pops up a review message

Ok. How about going into Settings > Media & Purchases on an iOS device (like an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch) to review and accept the terms and conditions.

Once I tap on the media and purchase it shows me 3 options 1 continue. 2 not (my name). 3 cancel. When I type continue it tries to sign in then says authentication failed
