Family sharing not working for procreate dreams application

I have purchased procreate and procreate dreams apps for my iPad Pro and it works fine for me. My daughter has a iPad, and we managed to download procreate app via family sharing but procreate dreams app can not be downloaded via family sharing it’s asking to buy the app again. Why is it?

Family sharing purchases I have an apple family sharing account, I’m the organiser (mum) My son purchased an app which supports family sharing (procreate dreams) and I want to share this with the rest of the family. I log on to his iPad, settings >family>sons account > purchases > sharing is turned on.
