I need to find ALL the photos on my current Macbook Pro to move to a new Macbook Pro

I have read various topics that seem to focus on using the Photo app and similar, but I have photos that I have manually transferred to my Mac to a HUGE number of different locations on my hard drive, including Desktop; I have images in Lightroom libraries, just a million places with all kinds of image types, from jpeg to Canon proprietary raw images, all with different tags. Is there a way to simply find ALL the photos, wherever they may be, ANYWHERE on my Mac?

In the Finder

Command -f

Set the search to Kind is Image

Set it to search your entire Mac.

Couple of things: Anything managed by Lightroom needs to be transferred in the way that app needs - check the Adobe website for more. Going forward you might like to figure out a simple way of managing your images.

Thank you, sir, that SEEMS to have found the vast majority, if not ALL, my images. My memory is fading, but I'm seeing photos I was hoping would be found, so that gives me confidence. You are correct, of course, about the Adobe application processed images as from Lightroom and Photoshop. And you are also correct, that for the future, I need to establish a standardized importing mechanism on the new computer so I don't have the same issue for the NEXT new computer I may need to migrate to. Again, many thanks!
