Apple ID inactive
My name in my iPhone settings isn’t showing nor clicking in turn, I can’t access my my Apple ID, media & purchases and subscription

Your Apple ID is not inactive, but it is greyed out due to screen time restrictions. Go to settings>screen time>content and privacy restrictions or restrictions on iOS 17 and make sure that the switch is on by allow account changes.
You can also turn off screen time entirely. After this, you should be able to access your account settings
