I received the watch yesterday with a woven band that is too large.
How to fix this? Will Apple exchange the band? Whom shall I contact?

You could take the watch to your nearest Apple Store and see what they say. FYI - I also have a small wrist. This is the band that fits my wrist best - nice and snug.

A word of warning ... I tried to save money by purchasing a similar band on Amazon. It would not fit my wrist - too big. I returned it and ordered the band from Apple.
