You need to double click on it and drag the .bundle or .keylayout file inside into Library/Keyboard Layouts or Home/Library/Keyboard Layouts. (to get to Home/Library you need to do Finder > Go while holding down the option key)

Drag the bundle icon out of there onto your desktop. It should look like this:

Then hold down the option key and do Finder > Go > Library. Find the keyboard layouts folder and drag the .bundle icon into it.

Then go to system settings > keyboard > text input > edit and click on + and find Armenian and select phonetic and cllck on Add. Then choose ArmenianPhonetic in the input menu a the top right of the screen.

If part of this does not work for you, tell us exactly where it fails.

Could you provide more details about what you are trying to do? What keyboard layout? Where are you trying to put i?

Are you talking about a .keylayout or .bundle file you have downloaded or created?
