Random heart beats spike in Apple Watch

Hello,

I am using Apple Watch 8, and yesterday morning I wake up suddenly. Then when I check the heath beats I recognise this instant spike. I see my doctor due to heart issues normally, when I share this record with him, he said it must be wrong. What do you think ? Is there any one faced the same issue? Since I see my doctor due to tachycardia this made me quite nervous.

My Apple Watch is randomly showing high resting heart rate. 120!!! My Apple Watch is randomly showing high resting heart rate. 120!!! I’m feeling absolutely fine. I’m pretty sure this is incorrect. Should have felt some sort of discomfort if the heart rate was so high.

random heart spikes during excercise and general use does anyone else have randomly high heart rate spikes on their health app after using their apple watch? you would think there would be more readings that would be coming down from 192 bpm? I feel like I wear my watch snug and have had readings like this on my previous watch (SE)
