I’m shopping for a monitor for my new M2 Mac Studio. Does the graphics card support using a LG OLED television as a monitor?

I’m shopping for a monitor for my new M2 Mac Studio. Does the graphics card support using a LG OLED television as a monitor?
I don't see why not, so long as the TV has a HDMI connector, and it has HD or 4K resolution, it should work fine.
The only reason you'd get a monitor is that they have different resolutions to TVs, and may or may not have speakers.
a TV set is not a Monitor, but can be pressed into service as a Monitor if needed.
TV sets do not tend to be as good at steady pictures, fine detail such as text, and straight lines (think excel spreadsheet grids.)
If you needed to buy a Mac Studio for your work, you should look at a nice monitor to go with it. Or possibly a nice TV set for moving pictures, and a smaller, sharper monitor for text and Desktop.
If you were doing magazine-cover graphics, You need a high need Monitor for its color fidelity.
