I purchased my iPhone in Canada, not through subscription or cost-sharing.
I immediately deposited the entire amount and my phone was not tied to a cellular operator.
After hard resetting my iPhone, my phone does not accept a physical SIM card from a European operator.
The operator does not answer me, and I am also on a business trip.
How can I get unlocked through support?

Your phone is locked to CA/Bell.
Sorry, but Apple cannot help with unlocking the phone. Apple is not a carrier.
Only the carrier to which the phone is locked can unlock the phone. You will need to contact CA/Bell if you want the phone unlocked.
What store did you buy the phone from?
Only the carrier can unlock the phone. Apple cannot do so.

Most carriers require at least a one year commitment of service before the phone will be eligible for unlocking. Some carriers may offer to shorten the terms agreement in return for a hefty fee.
