Iphone 14plus / outlook battery drain and contact search

after iOS 17, with outlook office it takes a more than 5 seconds to search a name name or phone number in contacts and battery drain is also quite drastic

iPhone 17 Pro Max overheating and draining battery when using Outlook app - iOS 26.2 I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max with iOS 26.2 and Outlook app is draining my battery the last 4 days and overheating the device. In 10 mins, uses over 30% battery. As soon as I close the app the device starts cooling down. With minimum to normal use from 100% I don’t have enough to go through the day. I have deleted the app and setup again from scratch but no luck. Also, outlook takes several attempts to log in with face id and was doing the same with iPhone 16 Pro Max. Mail in Background Draining Battery after 18.3.1 My Iphone 15 is having severe battery drain after 18.3.1 update. It appears to be the mail program running in the background. See screen shot. Yesterday the battery drained in less than 3 hours while not on the screen. Help!!!

Iphone 14 Pro iOS 17.5.1 Contacts app causes rapid battery drain Settings - Battery indicates that Contacts causes a rapid battery drain when working in the background. >50% battery is used by Contacts even though contacts is only used in the background. I have turned off Cellular Data for contacts, and also "learn from this App" in Siri and Search. This issue started occurring 3 or 4 days ago and I have not notices it earlier. It appears there have been similar drain issues reported in the past, but I did not find anything closely related. Thanks for constructive replies!
