iPad 6th gen with 17.1.2 account access on tunes app not opening and all files there but empty. Why and how is this fixed without a laptop?


Just get the spinning wheel of doom with no response.

All my albums and playlists can be seen but the pictures are fuzzed out and they appear empty. This is for downloaded content as well as stuff I’ve had for years from my old CD collection.

How do I fix this?! My macbook is old (v10.11.6) and I’ve discovered today I can’t use it to transfer any music via the cable which is just daft!

Can anyone help please, I love listening to my old albums and don’t want to have to buy them again on a streaming platform. I avoid this as cloud storage is awful for the environment. Thanks.
