Lost Apple Music library

If the tracks in question were only stored in the cloud when you terminated the subscription then they are gone and would need to be re-ripped or redownloaded from the various sites where they were purchased.

The typical location for music files on a Mac is ~/Music/Music/Media, or ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media if your machine once ran Mojave or earlier, where ~ is your user's home folder. You might search the corresponding locations in Time Machine.

Apple Music doesn't store media in iCloud Drive. When you're signed into your Apple ID you should see your unhidden purchase history.
