Add existing apps to new Apple TV
How to add apps I already subscribe to a new Apple TV?
Apple TV 4K (3rd generation)
Go to the App Store button in Apple TV (blue background with an A symbol) search for your missing apps and download them again. The purchase information should be stored in your Apple account so you should be able to start using your already purchased apps.
This worked for me with Netflix.
