Running Sonoma 14.1.2, but had same problem before upgrade. Constantly getting this message when I wake screen and have found more than a dozen messages for this at times. Any solutions? Thanks.

Sleep is unnecessary and should be disabled. Shut for long absences/idle overnights (i.e. do not manual-sleep), and for regular operation, use the settings exactly as shown here https://discussions.apple.com/thread/254541465, should fix.
