"ExploreSync.gqa will damage your computer." pop up on my MacBook Air

I have a 2022 MacBook Air and have been constantly getting a popup saying "ExploreSync.gqa will damage your computer." It doesn't show up in Finder. Another post (https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-250007882) advised to post the following in hopes of getting this popup to stop, so I hope someone with more knowledge than me can help.

First, start your Mac in "Safe Mode": How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support. Starting in Safe Mode takes longer than usual so let it finish.

While in that mode, drag all the files in those three folders to the Trash except those with the following in their names:

Adobe

Apple

Brother (*)

Epson

Google

Logmein

Oracle

Skype

Zoom

Then, restart your Mac normally and confirm the alert messages cease to appear.

* The Brother software is no longer in use and that file does nothing. You can leave it in place, or delete it along with the others, but it is not related to the "<app> will damage your computer" dialog.
