My husband and I both share the same apple account. Until recently, this worked great. Now when he calls/messages anyone my picture shows up. I have searched for a solution to no avail. Thank you.

You should not be sharing an Apple ID. They are designed to be used by one individual. The photo you refer to is based on the Apple ID, and there is only one.
