Ring/ Silent Switch causing Problems.

I recently bought an iPhone 14 Pro but ever since I received it, there has been a problem with the mute switch. Every time I silence the phone using the switch, the power and volume keys seem to stop functioning. Additionally, every time I set the switch to ring, it would glitch and keep switching between silent and ring without me touching any buttons or even holding the phone. A next thing that seems to be happening whenever the switch is put to ring is that the side key silences my phone whenever I press down on it. Im not sure what could be causing all of these issues. I have tried restoring the software but with to no avail. Also, whenever I try to boot my phone with the switch set to silent, the phone boot loops until I flip the switch again to ring where it would then put me to the restore phone screen where I would have to use itunes just to get my phone to run again. I have also tried cleaning the mute switch and side keys which also did not work.

I am wondering if anyone had the same issues and was able to fix it somehow, or if warranty can provide a replacement phone or repair for me.
