Why the iPhone 14 is not compatible with SanDisk extreme portable SSD

You need the Sandisk iExpand Drive app.

I have the same issue. App doesnt work with the SanDisk extreme portable SSD. I have iPhone 14 pro. SSD not being recognized and app not recognizing ssd

This isn’t related to using it with the iphone, but if I were you, I’d return it ASAP and get your money back.

Those drives are pretty much garbage and prone to complete failure without warning.
