Trouble transferring Venmo balance to Apple Pay

I have the Venmo app installed on my iPhone with a balance,I am expecting to receive the Venmo debit card in a week or so. I only have the last 4 numbers and no access the CCV code. Additionally, I do not have a bank card linked to my Venmo balance, because of some account issue. My question to the Apple community is: Is it possible to link the Venmo balance to my Apple wallet? I do have the routing and account number information.
