I am stuck in a loop on my iPhone 13 pro max IOS 17.1.2 I am asked for Two Factor Authentication 'code' but I never receive it. Yes, my phone # is authorized & has never changed. I really would like to turn off Two Factor but I don't see how ? I see where it's turned on, but I don't have an option to turn it off.
Need HELP please !!

Once you start using Two Factor you cannot turn it off.
When you set up Two Factor, you were asked to provide phone numbers of two trusted devices to receive codes. Did you set up two phone numbers or only one?
When you request that a code be sent, there are other options that appear that allow you to select to send the code to a different device or to an email address. Have you tried those options?
If nothing is working, you will need to get with Apple Support to work through this.
