My screen has been flickering for a while now after I updated it to mac os sonoma. When I open it at a certain angle, it stops, but when I open it fully, it begins to flicker. Please what do I do

It sounds like the display cable between the laptop's logic board and the display may be damaged.
At this point, I would suggest that you make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store, or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, to have them take a look and provide you with your options.
