What causes Screen Flickering on MacBook Pro M3?

Hi guys,

I have got this issue in the video.

after a few flickering on the screen, the screen is just off, then I close the lid, the screen got back again, but the flickering happen again, and then screen off…

If I close the lid for a while, it can perform normally in a few minutes then the issue come back again.

Please advise if you have the same issue?

You can plug in an external monitor and compare your results...

It sounds to me a hardware issue—display, display assembly, display cable(?)

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
