Random screen flickering while watching videos or doing anything.

Hello guys I have been facing some screen flickering issues in my macbook for a while. As I saw old comments about issues while watching Netflix or google chrome for me it's not like that. I will upload the video and please if anyone can help do reply to me. If my screen starts to flicker I have to just shut the flap and open it withing 2 to 3 sec then boom issue is solved but I face this issue a lot of time.

Looks like a Graphic Card issue...

Start with this of M1 or M2 Mac...

On your Mac, choose Apple menu  > Shut Down.

Wait for your Mac to shut down completely. A Mac is completely shut down when the screen is black and any lights (including in the Touch Bar) are off.

Press and hold the power button on your Mac until “Loading startup options” appears.

Select a volume.

Press and hold the Shift key, then click Continue in Safe Mode.

The computer restarts automatically. When the login window appears, you should see “Safe Boot” in the menu bar.

Restart normally.

Start with this if IntelMac...

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes or more.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

Still the same issue. For a time being nothing happened was working well but somehow after a little bit of time, MacBook got heated up and got the same error in safe mode as well. Was watching youtube videos and only the video content screen was flickering with no issue at the bottom and upper side just the youtube middle screen. I am attaching the video link please check and let me know if you understand the issue.Video Sample
