How do I set up my new iPhone when Bluetooth one my old phone does not work, which is why I had to get a new phone.

I am trying to set up my new iPhone however, my Bluetooth on my old phone no longer works, which is why I had to get a new phone. Since setup of the new phone requires Bluetooth to be on, I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

iPhone SE, iOS 13

Set up your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you are trying to use Quick Start....Step 3.....you will need to tap on the option at the bottom of the screen to Set Up Manually.

Back up the old phone on iCloud or a computer and then choose the option to transfer data from a backup during the setup.....Step 7

If you don't already have a backup of the old phone, it might be easier to simply back out of the new phone setup, back up the old phone to iCloud or a compute and then start the setup of the new phone again.
