I am trying to share Apple TV movies purchased with my wife. Both have activated family sharing. Both accounts show family sharing enabled In settings. Neither accounts show sharing in AppleTV. What are we missing?

The person who manages the Family Share has to enable PURCHASE SHARING to make purchased TV and movies available to all family members. The only problem is, this means the person who manages the group becomes the default payment option for all family members.
I had to turn mine off because when other family members were making purchases, I was getting charged and no one could figure out how to change it on their end and you can only enable ASK TO PURCHASE for a minor's account. If its just you and your wife though, this probably isn't a problem.
And 2 hours later it miraculously shows up. Never mind. 🤷🏼♂️
