My iPhone 11 pro has stopped syncing via WiFi or USB connection. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes using current version found at Microsoft Store. The only updated driver available is MTP USB.

I have the most recent version of Windows 10. I have the most recent version of of iTunes via the Microsoft Store. When trying to update the Apple Driver for the phone I noticed that no driver is available only the MTP USB driver which seemed odd to me. I have tried updating the driver multiple times. It does not help. I have checked cord. It is good. I have tried syncing via Wifi. It will not sync via Wifi. Oddly, if I turn on the sync to my entire library, it syncs, but when I only wish to sync downloaded music that I have placed on my iPhone, it cannot do this type of sync.

Windows, Windows 6

I've read elsewhere that if you use Task Manager to kill a process called MDCrashReportTool then the sync should resume. You need to do this each time you sync. Alternatively uninstall iTunes and install the previous build that worked for you. Download links can be found at the very bottom of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates - Apple Community.

Thank you, but I had already read through that thread and the solution did not work for me. I was never given the option for "Apple Mobile Device Driver."

Windows sees my phone and iTunes sees my phone. It just will not sync. It always hangs at step 2, "Preparing for sync" or something like that.

I have completely shut down my phone as well and then restarted. The issue is still present.
