My iphone 12mini has earpiece module problem

which apple service centre said that its a software problem happening in a certain sets of of iphone 12 and 12mini which were manufactured at some time slots.

But they aren’t replacing my handset.

It started with Jabra Elite Active 75t headphones, audio would sort of work but I and the person on the other end would hear each other only really distorted and “metallic sounding”. I have the latest update installed to both of my headphones and to iPhone, I’ve paired the hedphones again to my iPhone, I’ve reset both of the headphones and I’ve restarted my iPhone several times. What else can I do? Only thing that comes to my mind is to factory reset my iPhone but it’s partially owned by my company and enrolled to MDM so I’m not able to do factory reset without breaking everything on MDM’s side which I don’t want to do. iphone 14 after install of ios 17.1.1 no longer connects to my Oticon hearing aids. After searches i learned this is not a new, unique, or isolsted problem. Too many folks are inpacted so when does Apple forecast a fix? Reading posts on the net say this is common problem. My only options are to have Apple fix iOS 17.1.1 OR change to another phone brand which I do not want.
