Why do I get a blue square with a question mark in it. I give me access denied?

That says a lot: Spirit Airlines, who just put a 6 year old on the wrong flight. A square with a “?” is usually an image that didn’t download, and probably has nothing to do with the fact that you couldn’t log it.
If you use VPN try turning it off, and if that doesn’t fix it delete the VPN profile.
