Can't install free apps I’ve been trying to redownload an app called Shopee and Gcash app (gcash is an online banking app and i have my money there, and i cant install it to other phone because my iphone 11 was already registered in that IMPORTANT app) , it’s a free app that i originally deleted because my phone was out of storage but now i've already deleted some apps, i wanted to redownload it again, and whenever i pressed the install button it tells me to insert my password to view my billing information and i cant bypass it. Last time i had a billing problem but it didn't resulted to apple asking my billing information. I decided to test and see if it was only with apps/games that needed redownloading, so i deleted instagram, (which i downloaded ages ago) and when i went to redownload it, it asked for my billing information again! Is there a way to fix this?

reinstall app i am trying to reinstall the Pogo app. but for some unknown reason it is not allowing me to do so without submitting and verifying my payment information…. which doesn’t make any sense to me because it is a completely free app

Open the App Store, find the app, and tap on the cloud icon.
