IOS 17.2.1 problem

After updated to IOS 17.2.1 , I no longer received notification from TD MySpend, I tried to delete and re-installed the TD MySpend app, still not working.

After updated to IOS 17.3, I deleted and re-installed the TD MySpend App this morning, it's working now.
