What I need to make a HomePod using Apple TV on iPhone.

What do I need to set up a HomePod using Apple TV on my iPhone? I do have wife. I don't have my Apple TV connected to an actual physical tv.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 17

It looks like he wants to set up a HomePod or an alternative which would be Apple TV. I think he wants to be able to access his smart accessories over the Internet remotely. That’s what I’d like to do also.
