Can I get in a Apple Watch that I bought but is asking for Apple ID and password but I don’t have it
I tried pairing with my I phone. Didn’t work

Did you buy it used. If so the person whom you bought it from still has it to their Apple ID. You need to contact them. If you can’t contact them, your watch is dead in the water and there’s nothing you can do to resolve this… Apple won’t help you.
